suspension drops 2009 750Li

2009 750 Li parked for 3 weeks then the back dropped to point where the wheels filled the wheel wells from back.. Had vehicle on charger that came with the car. Started it up, back raised no issues no fault codes and rode perfectly. Parked it and in 2 days back dropped again. Any one experienced the same?
