S50b30 body with S50b32 head?

Im gona buy an m3 with s50b30 block and 250b32 head , the guy who's selling it say that it's tuned and re-mapped and producing 360BHP , he said at the wheels but i doubt... is it possible??
i drove the car and it's a blast...

need your opinions.

if he knows wheel horsepower numbers, then he should be able to produce a dyno sheet.

That seems like a lot of power without forced induction to the wheels to me. Have him produce some real documentation and go from there
