car in for repairs can't wait to get her back

Ok well the Z3 is in for repairs. Dropped her off yesterday. Here's a list of parts getting installed:

- Front Control Arms

- Front Control powerflex bushings

- Koni Yellow adjustable shocks

- New Rear upper mounts

- Install Magnaflow muffler

- Rebuild and adjust rear e-brake

- Replace passenger CV Axle Boot

- Install rear stainless brake line coming from the subframe (I couldn't remove them when I replaced the hoses last time)

- Camshaft position sensor

- Fix oil leak on front of engine

- Fix powers steering leak

Yea it seems like a lot, but the guy specializes in BMW and VW so I trust him. Here in Germany, one thing I really enjoy is the time a car gets worked on. For all this he originally said 1-2 days then said he had to order the flange for the exhaust. Then again I'm sure he does all this all the time. I'm making it so I can remove the magnaflow muffler and install the stock muffler for inspection. So yea when I get the car back it should be amazing to drive now. I've had sachs shocks on the rear and some unkown BMW performance shocks on the front since lowering and they're done, been done, said done, dead. A lot of people ask me "why do you spend so much time on your car?" I have to tell them it's not the car or the driver, it's the experience while driving. That is what I'm improving on. Granted it's a 1.9. But in the future, I foresee an engine swap.

Now to order the parts for a headgasket/clutch replacement for my Jeep. Times have been strange here.....
