Throttle run-on with my '02 530

Recently my 530 has been acting up. Every shift after I take my foot off the gas and push in the clutch, the RPM will jump about 300-400 RPM very briefly and then die back down to normal. Oh, and it only does it when it is warm. When its cold, it seems to be fine.



Has anyone else run across this issue? I couldn't find anything in my searches but I may not have been using the right key words.
