Hello, briefly after turning off my car I tried to start it. The key will turn all the way forward but ignition doesn't catch nor do the instrument lights come on in the car. The key usually will spring back when turned all the way forward but doesn't. Checked battery and it was fine. I don't believe it is the starter but rather something to do with the ignition or tumbler. Does anybody have and ideas for my situation.
