E34 4HP22-GE going price?

good afternoon i am in the middle of a auto to manual swap and i was wondering what the going price would be on a 4HP22-GE model trans? it runs and shifts perfectly unsure of how long ago it was rebuilt but the owner did say it was rebuild.. i seen one online for some like 4k but idk much about them.. if someone could give me some insight on how much i should charge to get rid of the trans? and that would include the torque converter and drive shaft if i have to end up getting another one. but it would be an as is sale seeing i dont know the history on the trans all i know is i drove it easy since i got the car but at this point in time i have no problems with the trans at all i simply just want to put a 5 speed in my car.

the trans is from an e34 535i with the m30 made in 12/88 is the date the obc states.
