Up for sale is a set of AST 4200 double adjustable coilovers which were refreshed this year by Elephant Motorsports, the original vendor, in April and are in excellent working order. New they were $3100 without springs which cost an additional $400. They custom valved for and come with TCKline 500# front and 700# rear springs w/ TCKline rear height adjuster but I can option other spring rates from my collection if you would prefer. I previously had TC Kline SA coil overs, which while very serviceable, simply did not offer nearly the same performance as these AST's.
The advertisement verbiage is as follows:They do not utilize inserts for the strut housings - core spindles have the original strut tubes removed, then they are bored and new cylinders which are externally threaded for adjustable spring perches and swaybar mounts are welded in place. Then the monotube struts are built inside the cylinders for the maximum diameter and piston size. The AST 4200 double adjustable (compression and rebound) coilover kit will transform the handling of your car. Whether you're upgrading from stock or improving on existing upgrades.
