2001 530i E39 won't shift into reverse or 1stand 2nd gear!

Ok so did most of the trouble shooting, I know for a fact that the d drum is broke but transmission is still installed so I can tell why I have no 1st or 2nd gear. I'm try to get parts ordered in any help!!!

And installed is the zf 5hp-19
