OEM e24 Standheizung/Aux cabin heater option...how rare is it?

Ran across this on ebay...wondering how rare it is on the e24. I'm actually very surprised this unit is in the US. I wanted this for my 8 and it took ages to find and it had to come from Poland/Iceland. It's a nifty system that never made it to NA 8ers and i'm amazed that e24's were also offered this option although the systems are a little different.



Any info about it is appreciated.
