I already pulled the diff nose bolt and replaced with new, and it still clunks!
Engaging reverse or first gear causes a good clunk. Same with disengaging.
RSMs replaced 17k ago
RTABs replaced 17k ago (with AKG limiters)
RTAB pockets have been reinforced (with AKG) so its not pulling out
All shocks rebuilt by Bilstein factory 17k ago
Transmission mounts replaced 10k ago
Diff nose bushing replaced 9k ago
Diff ear bushings replaced 1k ago
Camber arms replaced 1k ago
Outer ball joints replaced 1k ago
Rear subframe bushings replaced 1k ago
Diff fluid replaced 20k ago, and 1k ago with same fluid (redline 75-90).
When installed, everything was torqued according to Bentley with a Snap-on torque wrench, so perhaps start with the assumption that they are torqued to spec unless we have reason to believe otherwise.
Any ideas on what else would cause a clunk engaging first/reverse? Same clunk occurs when pressing in clutch in same gears (at low speed). No clunk if I press clutch in or out with car in neutral/stopped.
