Finally Finished, s54/5 lug e30

I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel on my s54 swap, there have been a few bumps and quirks along the way but in the last week or so I seem to have taken care of the last of them.. For now at least. The s54 DME is definitely the tricky part of this swap. The car is going to the dyno today for a baseline run. I'm not really sure if it's running correctly, so not hoping for big numbers at this point. I haven't really gotten a feel for how quick it is yet because it's too loud to drive fast on the street, I'll try to get a video before I put another muffler on it

It's an s54 from an '06 m3, flashed stock ecu. Since the car will be mostly for DE and auto-x I got a modded subframe to retain the dual pick-up s54 pump. Headers are Status Gruppe Gen 3 and I have single 3.5" exhaust all the way back.

5 lug is hub sleeves in the front and e30 m3 hubs in the rear. e46 m3 brakes up front, PFC Direct Drive 2 pc rotors and e46 325i rear rotors with aluminum e39 calipers.

The stretched tires are only temporary. The RC's will go on my e34 and I have a set of staggered M-systems that I'm working on fitting with 245's. They almost fit as it sits, but the front fenders need to be pulled because the hub sleeves add 12mm of offset.
