Pass side turn signal flashes light bulb is burnt out after Celis conversion!!??

Hello all, so I just finished my Celis tail light conversion and I am very happy with them....Except only my passenger side turn signals flash rapidly like a bulb is burnt out. All the bulbs are functioning and the wiring is done correctly, but I just cant figure it out. The drivers side works perfect which puzzles me even more. I also bought a LCM III B and installed it and all the HID's headlights and Celis tail lights work great and no warning lights are on the dash for a burnt out bulb, unlike when I had the original LCM in it. Everything is perfect, minus the rapid flashing passenger turn signals! Please help everyone, I am out of ideas! Thank you
