Am I correct in assuming that being physically unable to turn the drivers lock to the lock position had nothing to do with actuators? I'm 99% sure that's a cylinder/lock mechanism issue that I need to fix.
Has anyone encountered this before
Lastly, if I pick up a replacement doorlock can I swap over my keyed tumbler so I don't have to rekey?
