Final Stage Resistor - 2001 330ci

I need to replace the final stage resistor on my 2001 330ci. I've watched a lot of youtube videos and such but none have been for an '01. I attempted to replace it this past weekend. I got the glove box removed just fine like all of the videos showed but I ran into a step that wasn't on the other models. I need to remove the front right foot well air duct I believe is what its called. I have the Bentley manual and it says I need to remove the center vent and On Board GPS screen to reach a clip thats holding the duct. This is where I'm running into problems. It doesn't really tell me how to get these out, mainly the center vent. I think I need to remove some of the dash/trim. Has anyone replaced the FSR in a 2001 330?
