Gaining rear negative camber using upper control arm

Need to gain just a slight bit more negative camber than the factory adjustments on the lower control arms allow for. Has anyone used "crash bolts" which are just a slightly smaller diameter to gain negative camber? More than likely going to try it tomorrow but just wanted to see if anyone has done this.
