Transmission fluid leak

Hi

I had just replaced transmission fluid and pan/filter in my bmw 530i 2005 e60 three weeks ago.

I just noticed oil is leaking and drop on ground every morning also like transmission oil. I reads a lot threads talking about megatronic sleeve

leak.

If that is the reason do i have to change transmission fluid again?
