I have a 97 1.9 with the GKD supercharger, and it has started having drive-ability problems I believe are related to fuel pressure. Typically, I would see 45-50psi at the rail, but I'm only seeing about 40 now. The odd thing about this car, unlike all the M44 engines you see in pictures with the round fuel pressure regulator at the end of the injector rail, mine has none... Yet, it has always worked just fine with the aftermarket FPR on the return side. I have tested it with another unit and found it to be in good shape, leading me to believe that this can only be the pump going bad finally, or the car's stock FPR - if I knew where it was...
