2001 525i - creaking after tow to dealer

Last week I had to have my car towed to the dealer because it would not start. The tow truck driver helped me push it down the driveway but we got stuck in the gutter and had to put it into neutral and pull it around to the right to get it on the tow truck. I got everything resolved with the BMW dealer but now I am noticing a new creaking kind of noise in my front end. It is quiet when I am not turning but makes noise mostly when I move the steering wheel or turn. I am reluctant to take it back to the dealer as I just dropped $2K on it for unrelated problems.

Could this new noise be related to getting it onto the tow truck? Could something have come loose or get whacked out of joint? Any suggestions gentlemen? Merry :confused
