Factory radio

I bought my car with a POS aftermarket radio. I'd like to replace it with a factory unit but can't tell what was there from factory. The build sheet doesn't specify and the dealer can't tell from the VIN. I think there are 3 options. Alpine, The Business CD and something else. Does anyone know if they are interchangeable? I'd like to go back to the original CD.
