Schrick intake manifold gasket question

So after much searching I found a Schrick intake manifold. I bought both of the gasket sets from VAC Motorsports: the manifold to head and the throttle body to manifold. But my question is do I use the throttle body to manifold paper gasket as well as the throttle body profile rubber o-ring gasket? Or do I take the profile gasket off?
