Squeaky rear end, top mount dead? [video]

Sounds like rubber to metal squeak, the sound comes from arount top mount of right rear wheel, is it tom mount? Is there anything else that can cause it? I just dont want to buy parts that I dont need to replace, cant take it apart myself need to drop it off to my mechanic. New top mounts were installed in the end of 2011 and they lasted for around 35000km/21748miles... as I am typing it I am realising thats alot of kms and years for a half rubbery part :lol3









So, whats the verdict? Top mount? Do I need to get those rubber spring pads, are they usually damaged too?
