*******E39 2003 BMW 530i M-Sport Complete M5 Clone******
This is copied directly from my craigslist ad. I know many of you don't need details on the features on these cars.
For sale is my 2003 BMW 530i M-Sport with 125k miles. I recently bought this car from my uncle who owed the car for over a decade and almost close to 100k miles. He was the second owner. He had everything done at the dealer which is apparent in the Carfax. I bought the car from him with plans of keeping it however I have since entered the market for a house and need money for a down payment.
The car has the following options from the factory:
CWP cold weather package: heated front seats driver/passenger
Sport Package: Style 42 rims, OEM sport suspension shocks/springs, sport seats, ///M steering wheel
Premium Package: HomeLink garage door opener, montana leather, vavona redwood trim, auto dimming rearview mirror, rain sensing wipers, upgraded board computer
This car also has a very rare sunshade package which was a standard option for the E39 M5. Powered rear window sunshade, manual rear door sunshades.
I have done the following within the past 1k miles:
Maintenance:
New Eibach Pro-Kit lowering springs
New OEM Sachs from M-Sport shocks
New OEM front upper/lower control arms
New OEM front inner/outer tie rod assemblies
New NGK Iridium Spark Plugs
New Mann Oil Filter
Fresh oil change with Mobile 1 full synthetic oil.
Touch up normal wear and tear scratches around the car.
M-Sport Upgrades:
Front OEM styled M-Sport/M5 bumper
Rear OEM styled M-Sport/M5 bumper
OEM M5 power folding side view mirrors/OEM M5 window-mirror switch (These were programmed to fold/unfold when locked/unlocked from the remote)
OEM M5 kickplate/door inserts
The bad:
The traction control light is on. ABS module needs to rebuilt. Airbag light is on. I haven't had time to reset it after the seats were swapped. The car has a small dent on the rear passenger door and a small spot of rust under the passenger tail light that was touched up.
***DISCLAIMER***
The car currently has a full Silverstone Grey/Black M5 interior including all seats and all four door panels (rear seats are not installed). This car also currently has OEM E39 540i M Parallel rims with brand new Continental ContiPro AS Tires. These items ARE NOT included in the sale price. They will be removed prior to sale and will be replaced with their OEM original sport seats/door panels and OEM style 42 wheels. They can be bought after a price has been set for the car.
