Found my DD! Questions on first maintenance

Hey guys, thanks for everyone who helped with my search of an e36! If anyone else saw my other thread, I ended up purchasing the first option for much less than the original price and couldn't pass it up.



I'm looking into maintenance I need to take care of/wanted to take care of and was wondering if anyone else had suggestions on first things to do on a used car!



1995 325i, 137k, Vanos (I think!), white, sedan, no mods



My list so far:



Seafoam for engine oil, gas tank, and vac lines

Trans fluid flush (tends to pop out of first, when cold, if not fully pushed past second click)

Short shifter/poly urethane bushings

Pass. side ball joint

Valve cover gasket

Water pump (water outlet is brand new, assuming tstat is as well)



What I need help with:



Leather cleaning, the rear seats are pretty beat up but I would still like to clean them up. Ideas/products?

Price of LSD?

Issues I haven't addressed that are prevalent in e36's?

Upgraded radiator hoses?

Best springs for price/how well do springs work on stock struts?





I'll have more questions eventually but that's it for now!
