Turner 3.5" HFM Wiring Harness Adapter W/Dinan

I have searched the forum and found all sorts of answers. I have the Dinan 3.5" HFM (which is the Bosch 806) my car is OBDII, do I need the tuner Wiring Harness Adapter? Or is it plug and play.
