Both rear windows are now broken

Ok so one of my regulators went out about 6 months ago. I dint' fix it because the window never gets rolled down. Now the other rear died the other day and I now want to fix both.



Opinions on the best way to fix them. OEM, Aftermarket? Used from a member?
