Issues with 89 325i Oil Pan removal

Hey guys so I am looking to remove the oil pan on my 89 325i, so I can replace the gasket, however I cant seem to get the bell housing cover off. I have taken off the 4 inverted torx and the 4 hex bolts and have gotten it to hinge, but I am not sure what is sticking. One side just wont come off. Here are some pictures showing what I am talking about.
