I just picked up a SPAL 16" puller fan to mount to my Koyorad 48mm radiator. Bimmerworld sells a mounting kit and in the notes it says...
IMPORTANT NOTE: The fan shroud gasket is no longer included in this kit, and it should not be used for track applications.
so i did not buy the gasket for the fan. Is it going to be okay if i mount the fan directly to the radiator without the gasket? im using the spal brackets and with them the fan is directly on the radiator.
