2007 335i conv. Oil residue in coolant.

So for the last few days my coolant fan has been always on. I was driving today and the warming sensor came on that coolant was hot. I come home and wait for engine to cool. Open coolant cap and notice the coolant is oily residue in it.

Any thoughts?
