needing some direction inpa gurus please chime in

Hey guys! Well I'm gonna be borrowing a friend laptop tonight to reset the trans adaptations and I'm rather a noob with the software. I've never used it before? Is there some kind of tutorial to read how to reset this? Also want to take a look at engine values. Need some advice how to get that goin
