HELP! Trying to decide on new (used) beamer 330 vs 328

Hi all. I have decided its time to get rid of my beloved e39. After 230,000 miles its time for something new. I believe in the old school BMW engines that are naturally aspirated powerhouses. Both for simplicity and ease of maintenance, and also, thats how I always remember BMW's being. Who cares about gas mileage when your buying a real drivers car? Not me. But I don't want to go on a tangent.



I've had my mind set on a 2006 330xi, or a 330i. Its naturally aspirated and is pretty much the same engine that's in my 530i, so I've become quite familiar with it. My only issue is its proven near impossible for me to find one seeing as they were only produced for 1 year! Damn shame. To make things worse, my bank will only finance cars newer than 8 years. Which leaves me with 2 months to find a 330 before its a nine year old car that my bank won't touch.



So my real question here is,



What are the quantifiable differences between a 2006 330 and 2006-2010 328's?





Obviously 328's are a lot easier to find. I'd much rather get myself a 330, but if I cannot, and I have to settle for a 328, what will I be missing? I'm also only talking e90's here, I'm looking for something with around 40-70k on it.



(I don't want a 335, because as I've said, I only want naturally aspirated.)
