New sucking jet pump [with hose and ?F? connector into intake boot] (Part No. 11617545382) - Genuine BMW (connection is under the intake manifold and hooks up to brake booster + intake boot)
New vacuum hoses for fuel tank breather valve ? Gates Racing Hoses (Located under the manifold next to sucking jet pump)
New vacuum hoses from EGR valve to Vacuum control Valve ? Gates Racing Hoses
New vacuum hoses from bottom of intake manifold to fuel tank breather valve ? Gates Racing Hoses
New Vacuum control valve (Part No. 11747810831) ? Genuine BMW
Intake Boots (upper and lower) ? Genuine BMW
EGR Valve gasket (Part No. 11727505259) ? Genuine BMW
New NGK double platinum 4 prong spark plugs [Ignition coil boots inspected and connections cleaned]
Filters:
New Air filter - STP
New Fuel filter ? Mann Filters
Cooling:
New fan clutch - Sachs
New Thermostat ? Genuine BMW
New coolant hoses ? Genuine BMW
New heater inlet pipe (Part No. 11531705210) ? Genuine BMW
[This part goes under the intake manifold and tends to break where it connects into the block, common M54 issue]
Coolant flush (done with Prestone antifreeze + distilled water)
Transmission:
New guibo (transmission flex disk) ? Genuine BMW
Maintenance Work Done:
Oil + Filter change, oil service indicator reset ? Castrol Synthetic 5W-30 + Genuine BMW oil filter
Tires were just rotated (tires have about 60-70% tread left)
List of parts replaced regarding the Vacuum System:
- New Vacuum lines from EGR valve to back of manifold
- New vacuum lines from vacuum control valve to one way valve to intake manifold
- New vacuum lines on fuel tank breather valve
- New vacuum plugs on the back of the intake manifold
