Jb4 fail e92 335i need help fixing

I just bought a Jb4 for my E92 Coupe and was installing it was fine up until the big connector wouldn't and won't connect to the ECU. My car will not start and I have tried everything to get the connector to connect it won't. I live in the Alpharetta area and the car will not start and I will have to get it towed.
