Need help asap. shaking

Well first off a couple weeks ago i was going around a turn and clutch kicked and when i put it in 3rd i could feel my driveshaft violently shaking. So i take my exaust off, and my support bearing is completly distroyed, just a bracket with no bushing holding the bearing on. So i change that and put my driveshaft back on. The shaking calmed down a little but still was there more in my shift knob and i can still feel it in my driveshaft a little. So i check my transmission mounts and one of them is split in half. so i change that and it did absolutely nothing. If i dont hold the shift knob it shakes bad and everytime i accelerate it shakes through the drive shaft and knob still. Im completely lost on what to do from here. I dont have to accelerate fast to make it happen its every time Through 1st and 2nd. the u joints showed few signs of wear and i dont think they would cause the shake im feeling
