Planning an E21 build (my second E21). Wheel/tire fitment Q's, and bonus rr spoiler Q

Hey guys!



Planning to buy another E21 in a few weeks (my second, and I'm still shopping if you have or know of one for sale) and need some help with a couple things.



I'm looking at 15" Rota Shakotan wheels, and was wondering what widths and offsets fit best within the STOCK fenders?

(I'd like to do 15x8/15x9 if possible, the 15x7s don't seem to look as nice, not seeming as deep).

Far as I can tell, they're available in these sizes:

SIZE BOLT PATTERN OFFSET

15 x 7 4 x 100 e0 to +10

15 x 7 4 x 100 e+15



15 x 8 4 x 100 e-5 to +5

15 x 8 4 x 100 e+10



15 x 9 4 x 100 e-15 to -5

15 x 9 4 x 100 e0

Finally, looking for a nice Hella "big/small" headlamp setup, as on this car;







Any idea where I can find one and how much?
