New to me 1992 525i Touring. Having some SLS issues

I recently got a 1992 525i Touring. I also have an E21 and E30. So far I love the car and all it really needs is someone to take care of it. Interior is a mess and has some oil leaks under the hood but she still runs fine and passed smog without issue.

Here's a picture first:

I don't know the exact wheels, but they kinda look like Style 32's and they are 16in.

So the big issue I'm trying to resolve now is the Self Level Suspension. Whenever I go over rough or uneven roads, there is a clunking from the rear the seems to come from the shock tower.

Here is a video showing it on the rear right:

So I jacked up the rear right and noticed that it was leaking from the bottom of where the hydraulic line comes in for the SLS. I removed the strut from the car and after some searching around and looking at a lot of shoguns stuff for SLS I replaced the seal on the bottom of the piston (in hand below) as well as the outer seal:

I also got a new bump stop and bellow for that side as they were destroyed (#11 and #12):

One thing that I noticed when putting everything back together is that i didn't have a #14 and that part number isn't listed in RealOEM. Does anyone know what that is or if it is need, and if so, the part number?

The noise is still there. It does not seem to be leaking anymore though.

The previous owner did mentioned that the car look lowered but the springs look stock to me with about 9-10 coils.

Right now, the rear suspension also feels like its just riding on springs. The power steering works and there is enough fluid in the system. There also aren't any leaks from the power steering pump or anywhere else I could see in the system. My dad was thinking that the shock needed changing but from what I've read and looked at, the hydraulic shocks don't need to replaced like traditional shocks as they maintain their "pressure" from the power steering system. Is that correct? Any other ideas of what could be the cause of the noise? And what is that mystery $14 in the RealOEM diagram?
