Roof Rack with bicycle tray and 2 Ski/Snowboard attachments
I kept thinking I'd use these for a new car, but never did. They've been sitting in my shed ... time to make some room.
They're incredibly quiet (even at... uhhh... high speed) thanks to their oval shape. If you're into bicycling at all you now Saris makes very high quality stuff.
If you've been shopping for a rack you know they load bars alone are typically $200.
Comes with keys and locks. I also found a spare lock set if you wanted to change out the keys. See pics attached. :)
This ski attachments should fit four ski pairs or two snowboards on each side (sandwiched bottom to bottom) depending on your bindings
When not in use everything folds down and is way quiet (for a rack). You could also slide the attachments off and put a cargo box on the load bars. They are crazy stout due to their shape.
Also a little perk, see the pic of the bar end. You can tighten it down from just one side so you don't have to keep hopping back-and-forth across the car if you're the kind that takes the bars on and off regularly.
I check the fit guide, and the #24 clips (what I have on there right now) are assured to fit 4 door 5 series from 2004-2007. You can buy other clips for other models.
