325D says START ASSISTANT INACTIVE. Some one please help

Hi just got in a 325d m sport e90 it has a abs pump fault I purchased like for like pump installed it and I calibrated it all abs fault codes gone and reset sterling angle sensor but I still have one fault code



This message is in abs menu

D357 no message : gearbox 186



The car is a manual so I can't go into its controller but the main problem I have is when I start the car it says



Start assistant inactive on the I drive and it leaves a yellow brake pad warning light but the pads have loads of miles left I need to sort this problem asap all help will be appreciated
