new user with a new car... 2000 323i e46

well I picked up a new project, as the title says its a 2000 323i e46. bought the car a few months ago the guy stating that there was a blown head gasket, but the thing would do nothing but turn the starter when I would try to start it... got the guy to lower his asking price of 1000 to about 550.. sure enough I cracked the engine apart and half the pistons had holes or were blown out down the side of the piston annihilating the piston rings as well.





needless to say I have a new transmission and almost have the engine ordered and will be putting all that together.
