High Mileage questions on a 1 Series (135) should I be concern???

I am looking to purchase from the years of 2010/2011 BMW 1 Series 135, I've been searching for unique color, white exterior coral red interior, I would also consider black interior. Most cars that I come across while doing my research are in the area of 20k, 23, 25k. I only have cash about 18k and I wish to buy cash ONLY! So I found 3 cars so far, 1 is a 2010 white/red with 69k miles, M Package, carfax shows 3 previous owners to include the seller and 2 accidents one states rear collision, the other side impact "minor damage" the guy wants 19,800 but he is willing to let her go for 18k cash. The car looks super clean, but I am having some reservations because I will be the 4th owner and the carfax states 2 accidents already. Should I be concern? I think the guy will consider less but :shifty

Also, I found 2 others (2010) one fully loaded with navi, stick shift, M package, red interior, etc for $17,300 but it has 78k miles. I havent seen the vehicle report "YET" will call to inquire... I REALLY LIKE THIS ONE! The last one is white/black interior, M package, looks clean but with 80k miles on it for 16 and it is automatic... For the money I like the one which has all the bells and whistles for $17,300 and the other for 18k.. Should I be concern with the mileage??? I know these cars are super dependable...

So I need guidance... but my heart wants a 1 series like NOW!~ :D

Epoxy floor coating

It's not really E32 related but I just epoxy coated my garage floor. It is a lot of work. The hardest part was moving all my tools out of the garage. My dinning room is full of tool chests and my shed in the back is full of equipment. I would recommend it to any one that does a lot of car work in their garage. One of my friends did his garage. It was so nice to work in I had to do mine. Here Re some before and afters.

Oil catch can hose connections

I posted this in the general E46 thread but I think it is more pertinent here

question is below after the graphic.

Resurrecting an old thread as I am looking into adding a catch can to my VF S/C M54.

During installation of the S/C kit the outlet on the return pipe that the connecting line attaches to was capped and the connecting line was routed directly to the intake pipebefore the blower as directed by VF.

Is it as simple as uncapping the return and run a hose from there to one side of the CC and the other from the VC to the CC.

I understand a PCV is required inline in this system, where would it be placed and is there a particular one recommended.

New to the bmw world

Hi guys, just got my first BMW E90 318d 2008 and love it already. Im just wondering if any one can help me out with tyre size as the back 2 dont match my front 2!

Front tyre size is 225/45/17

Rear tyre size is 255/40/17

Is this the correct sizing for the car or has someone messed around with it?

Thanks in advance & heres a pic of my car :)

Alright, this car is gonna need some work, the fuel system is running rich since it last ran. I have a detailed list of receipts and services but I have recently bought a house so I can't justify a project car.

If you must put down a best offer, be reasonable; I'm taking a painful loss on this classic and moving on.

I hope this affords you a project budget.
