solo werks e36 coilovers, do they go low enough???

Thinking about getting a set of coilovers and am on a small budget, I have heard a lot of good about the solo werks coilovers but can not find much info on how low they will go or if anyone has a recommendation for a good coilover to slam a E36 for less then 800
