Are 97 e36 328 vert seats a direct fit in a 98 e36 323?

I'm looking to replace my tan seats both front and back. I believe the 328 has rollover protection bars as a standard feature whereas the 323 does not. Would the rear seat fit? Wyould electric fronts seats fit in a car produced with manual seats? What would be needed to install and use them?
