Bench testing EWS 3.3

Ive been experimenting with EWS3.3 communications with the DME. Up until now ive been using a car, but id like to shift to working at the bench for testing. I have hooked up the DME on the bench just fine, and can communicate with it just like it was in the car. The EWS module on the other hand is being fussy, i cannot communicate with it on the bench. Any ideas? Ive mainly been using PA Soft 1.4.



My wiring:

EWS pin 4 -> DME x60004 pin 33

EWS pin 9 -> ground

EWS pin 10,11 -> Power supply

EWS pin 13 -> K-Line
