E53 not revving above 3000rpm

Hi all

Need some help ive just replaced my turbo and vacuum pipes oil feed pipes and the crank case breather.

So it's a 2002 52plate with 121k on the clock so after replacing the above it started first turns ran like a dream after the smoke cleared so I then I took it for a spin and noticed it only revved up to 3000rpm also disconnected the maf sensor but that made no difference some help would be really appreciated
