Here is my reply to your question.
You had coil failure in #5 and replaced it.
It is very likely when one coil fails others will too in fact it almost always happens. I would suggest replacing the others and then you have no chance of this happening again. Realistically you may have only one of two more fail but the labor charge since you don't do your own work will eat you up. It takes maybe an hour more to do all coils vs one coil.
If this was my ride and I didn't do my own work I would get the coils and have the rest replaced.
Should be a non issue after that.
