Winshield wiper relay - question and part number

My wipers work just fine at any speed. They just stop straight up on the left side of the winshield and not at the bottom or home position. How do I reset these or do I need to replace the winshield wiper relay? I believe the relay is located under the passenger side cabin filter box and I need a part number. Thanks for any help!
