Whine from front right at speed, but not dependent on speed or revs.

As per title, i have an annoying whine (sounds like a crying baby...) from the front right. It happens between 40-90 kph when cold (slowly goes away over and under that speed and when fully warm (like, after ~50-150km)), is a constant sound not changing with speed or revs at all. The frequency changes a bit - i'll try and record it, but thought i'd try my luck here first.



Wokke had a look at it and couldn't figure it out. Anyone here have any ideas or had this problem?



EDIT: Should mention i've driven some 5000km with it and it has not changed at all. So it's not getting any worse or any better.

Typo in the title too, should say "not changing with speed or revs."
