Need new manifold, looking for suggestions

I need to replace my current manifold, and was curious if anyone had an opinion as to which one I should get for a bottom mounted turbo.



Either, godspeed bottom mount manifold or Ireland engineering manifold.



Other suggests would also be appreciated.



This is on a 93' 325i if that matters
