The PO's indy removed the entire "T" system. As might be expected the anti-lock brakes do not work now either although the indy said he did not touch them.
I made sure the pump is working on the ABS unit.
The "T" unit is removed from the vehicle and of course disconnected. He removed it because it was leaking.
So I am wondering if I can get it rebuilt. Also if the current module is for a ABS + "T" can I switch to a ABS only module and get the ABS part of the system working again.
He went to a lot of work to remove everything and reinstalling it will be a lot of work as well. I like ABS, traction control is no big deal in Florida and tends to hinder 6 sp manual operation. However it would be nice to get everything back to factory.
