Protective- (S357A) to Insulating double-glazing (S352A) windows

I was wondering if anyone has gone from protective glazing (S357A) to insulating double-glazing (S352A). My windows are delaminating and the rear drivers side is completely opaque now. I'm having trouble getting used protective windows, but may be able to get a set of the insulating double-glazing ones. From what I've read, the double pane windows go down to single pane where they connect to the regulator. The protective panes are the same thickness all the way to the regulator. I'm also not sure if the window guides or other parts are different. I checked realoem and it looks like the guides and regulators are different part numbers. However, I'm not sure what's different about them and if the differences would prevent me from doing the swap.

For those that don't know what delaminiation looks like, here's a picture. The hole in the middle that you can actually look through is now gone.
