we all know that the e46 cooling system isn't reliable (understatement intended) and we all know that almost every part can fail from water pump to overflow tank. My question is this: What is the most unreliable part of the cooling system?
If you reply to this post, please mention what parts of the cooling system you've had fail and how often.
To get things started.... I'll be replacing:
-radiator (hairline crack on upper hose elbow)
-cooling fan (D.O.A.)
